Important: We recommend that you ship your scissors via your local postal service.  We highly recommend that you do NOT ship your scissors via FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS will often charge very high customs and duties fees no matter how you fill out the Customs Form.

When completing the Customs Invoice/Form, please be sure to note your scissors are "Returned Goods, Personal goods, used repaired scissors, no commercial value".

Please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs and duties fees associated with your package both ways.  We are unable to predict, collect, or cover these charges.  They are determined by customs authorities.  These fees are not included in your purchase price.  We apologize if you are billed customs charges, but please understand that this is out of our control and if there was anything we could do to prevent this, we would. Pricing as follows: 

We offer International customers half off the regular sharpening fee to help offset the cost of shipping.  Our normal fee is $55 per shear, making your fee only $27.50.

Return shipping is made through USPS Priority Mail International and is estimated to arrive back to you within 6-10 business days.  (The final cost for return shipping depends on your location).  If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know and we can quote the cost for Express Mail that is estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days.  (These are estimates on arrival times, we cannot say exactly when it will arrive).   

Once we receive your shears and they have been serviced, we will email you with a secure link to pay online.  This will be through PayPal, but you may use any major credit card or your PayPal account. 

How and where to ship to:

Please use a box (not an envelope) to ship your shears.  Wrap them individually to protect them inside the box (do not send a shear case).  Include in the box your name, shipping address, email and phone #.   Always ask for a drop off receipt when taking to ship.
