IT CAN TAKE UP TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND PRE-PAID UPS LABEL. Please keep this in mind when ordering over a weekend. If your prepaid shipping label does not arrive in your inbox within 2 business days after payment, please check your Junk or Spam folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us right away and we’ll promptly resend it to you.
Please do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address. Use the Additional Comments field on the checkout page to let us know if you have any specific issues with your shears.

EASY SHARPENING INSTRUCTIONS
*Please read carefully, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHEARS IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
We use UPS Ground to mail shears.
Double check the shipping address you entered when purchasing. If you are using a salon address, you must include the salon name. If you are using a residential address, do not include your salon name. If any information is missing or incorrect, it may result in a delayed or lost package. Contact us if anything is incorrect or missing and we can update it for you.

Here’s how to mail them to us:
Step 1: Print pre-paid UPS label from your email that ShearCraft sends you. !!! If you have placed multiple orders with us, ensure you are printing the label most recently sent that coincides with the correct date and your order # !!!
Step 2: Use a box to pack your shears. Do not use an envelope of any kind to ship your shears as they can tear and fall out or be crushed. Please make sure your box with shears does not exceed 1 pound.
Step 3: Wrap your shears with bubble wrap or a towel to protect them and secure them inside the box. Close the box and secure with packaging tape making sure all sides are taped up properly.
Step 4: Tape the pre-paid UPS label to the front of the box. Take your package to your local “The UPS Store” and ask for a drop off receipt for your records. **Send your shears ONLY, *PLEASE* DO NOT send in a shear case / shear box of any kind. This includes ARC shear boxes, please do not send the ARC box**

My shears are like new again!
The sharpening service itself was fantastic. My shears came back just as sharp as the first day I used them and they were packaged nicely. I was a bit annoyed that the shipping label went to my spam folder. Once you pay for the service, you’re meant to allow two days for processing, and then receive a shipping label via email. I waited for about 5 days and finally decided to email Arc to inquire about the label and was advised to check my spam folder. Overall, the service was exceptional and my shears were delivered to me within the 7-10 day timeframe and they are sharp!
