We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Free shipping on US orders over $250. US orders under $250 ship at flat rates: $5.50 for orders up to $20, $8.50 for $20.01–$55, and $13.50 for orders over $55. Rates are shown at checkout.

Yes. Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office before ordering.

If you're not fully satisfied, you can return products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For sanitary reasons, we can't accept returns on brushes or combs that have been opened or used. We offer free exchanges on shears.

Within 14 days of delivery, email orders@shearcraft.com with your order number and reason for return. Once you receive a return authorization, mail your return to:

Sharpening is $60 for all brands. After you order, we email you a pre-paid UPS label within 2 business days. Ship your shears to us, and they'll be back to you in 7–10 days.

Our office and shipping HQ is in Texas, and we have shear experts in Nevada, Texas and Oklahoma. Call 1-888-517-3806 to book an in-salon consultation or sharpening.

Yes. ShearCraft shears come with a lifetime warranty.

Our shears are low-maintenance, but they still need care: wipe them clean and dry after each use, oil the pivot regularly, and have them professionally sharpened when the edge dulls.
