Use our currency drop-down menu to choose between CAD and USD. Prices will be displayed in your selected currency, and then transacted in US Dollars by Paypal or your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates and exclude any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.

If you're not fully satisfied with your ShearCraft purchase, you have up to 14 days to return shears and 30 days to return all other products for a refund or store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on brushes or combs that have been opened or used.

ShearCraft offers complimentary exchanges for any shears you are not fully satisfied with. A $60 restocking fee will be incurred should you decline to select an exchange.

If it's been less than 30 days since you received your order, you may initiate a return by sending an email to orders@shearcraft.com with your order number and the reason for your return. After you receive a return authorization, mail your return to:
